Board and Partial Remake

Board: Infinite Whiteboard

In this project, we observed that users often need to compare different AI renderings. Based on this insight, we developed the "Infinite Whiteboard" feature.

Through multiple MVP tests, we found that users often struggled to get started with the Infinite Whiteboard. By continuously optimizing the user flow, we eventually resolved the issue, and the feature drove around a 15% increase in user engagement.

Partial Remake: Layer-Based AI

In this project, we observed that users often encountered AI rendering errors. To address this, we designed a layer-based AI rendering platform.

Users can upload an image and select areas to modify. With the layer-based design, they can freely toggle layers, adjust opacity, and overlay comparisons to better control the final visual outcome. Ultimately, around 10% of users made further edits.
